Examine job orders to determine quantities to be printed, stock specifications, colors, or special printing instructions Correctly and efficiently setup screen, squeegee, and control knobs to properly print orders Verify that correct ink meets the specifications for the apparel printed Understand the variety of locations for various apparel products Start presses and pull proofs to check for ink coverage and density, alignment, and registration Collect and inspect random samples during print runs to identify any necessary adjustments Produce a quality product while meeting production standards Maintain time or production records Flexibility to cross-train in other departments Pack product as required

Schedule Typical Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (during peak season) with a one-hour lunch break. Overtime may be required to meet production volume. Saturday shifts may be occasionally needed (to be discussed during interview). Pay The starting pay for this position is $15 an hour with opportunities for increase every 6 months alongside performance reviews.

Educational Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required, previous printing experience preferred, basic computer skills & mechanical aptitude On the job training is provided

Skill Requirements:

Ability to work with inks and chemicals Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced, manufacturing environment Extensive Attention to Detail Strong oral communication skills

Physical Requirements:
