Order Entry Specialist

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring customer orders are accurately entered, processed, and communicated to our production team. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where accuracy and communication are essential. Responsibilities Reports to work on time Create Work Orders/Job Travelers with accurate information in operating software Prepare Work Order packets (W/O, job traveler, drawings, special instructions, Bill of Materials) for CAD/Nesting and/or Sales review Ensures Bill of Materials is built correctly in operating software for each part Ensures that all the required production steps are on the work order/job traveler to produce the part to the customer's specifications Answers the phone as needed Other duties as required Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your attention to detail and enthusiasm will directly contribute to our operational excellence!
