As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a skilled or trainable Racquet Stringer to join our team and help support athletes through precision stringing and racquet care.

Key Responsibilities:

String badminton and/or tennis racquets to exact customer specifications using electronic stringing machines. Offer guidance on string types, tension, and racquet care based on player needs. Perform grip replacements and inspect frames for damage or wear. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Manage multiple racquet orders efficiently with quick turnaround, including express requests. Provide a positive, knowledgeable, and timely customer service experience.

Qualifications:

Experience stringing racquets (badminton or tennis) is highly preferred — but we're willing to train the right person. Strong attention to detail, quality, and consistency. Ability to manage your own time and complete racquets efficiently. Basic understanding of racquet types, strings, and tension effects. Passion for racquet sports is a bonus!

Compensation:
