We are seeking Welt Stitcher and Sole Stitcher from entry level apprentice to master craftsman to support our El Paso factory. Key Responsibilities:

Grab boot, begin peeling back-channel welt groove with spatula to attach welt. Firmly hold boot and attach welt to the side using welt machine. When finished fold down welt till straight and flat. Fold and straighten welt to ensure clean alignment Operate sole stitch machine to sew around the circumference of the boot Rotate and guide the boot through the machine for consistent stitching Verify the work order and ensure all panel sizes match before beginning.

Required Qualifications:

Enjoy creating quality products using your hands. High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. No prior experience necessary; master craftsman preferred. Manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow verbal and written instruction. Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods Use of hands, tools, or equipment as required Repetitive motion required in box toe and organizing tasks.

Work Environment:

This is an on-site position at our facility Work may involve exposure to leather materials, adhesives, and mechanical equipment Noise level and temperature may vary depending on department

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 6:00am-2:30pm 40 hours a week plus overtime as needed. Weekends as needed.
