We are looking for a bilingual (Chinese & English) sales assistant to support our live streaming business. This role does NOT require being on camera. You will assist with product presentation, customer interaction, and order coordination during live sessions.

Responsibilities:

Assist in live streaming sales (off-camera support) Respond to customer questions via chat (Chinese & English) Help explain product details, pricing, and promotions Support order processing and customer follow-up Prepare products before live sessions

Requirements:

Fluent in Chinese and English Good communication and typing skills Responsible and detail-oriented No experience required (training provided) Interest in e-commerce or sales

Compensation:

$16-$20/hour 3% commission Flexible schedule (Part-time / Full-time)
