 division is currently seeking a Finishing Load/Unload•1st Shift. The hourly rate for this position is $19.53 per hour. The core hours are M-Thursday 6AM-2:30PM; Fridays 4AM-12:30PM. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. What you'll do: Assist paint line performance by performing duties including hanging/removing parts and material from load bar, recording of pieces, hours and load bar information on computer. Performs the carrying and lifting of parts to hang or unhang off the painting production line. Performs visual inspections of material prior to and after painting. Performs miscellaneous related assignments, such as masking, wrapping, touch-up painting, etc. Maintain components and supplies as required to operate efficiently. Perform 5S & continuous improvement activities. Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Criteria:
Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally to frequently (33-66%) and up to 75 lbs. occasionally by stooping, reaching, bending Ability to read blueprints and use simple measuring tools Ability to follow directions, work independently and close attention to detail Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling an entire product or component of a product Ability to reach, grasp, bend and manipulate¬ Ability to work mandatory overtime, including Saturdays and up to 12 hours in a shift, as needed by the business Ability to stand for the duration of the shift (eight to twelve hours) and perform repetitious tasks We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
