Job Description
White Poppy Preservation is looking for a detail-oriented team member to join our Evening Gluing Team and Evening Preservation Team . In these roles, you will help bring our floral preservation pieces to life by carefully preserving florals through a varity of methods, changing out the presses, designing the timeless floral framed pieces and finally securing the preserved florals that have been thoughtfully designed into artwork by our designers. This role is an important final step in the preservation process, helping transform meaningful flowers into lasting pieces of art for our clients. What You'll Do Carefully glue preserved florals into place according to designer layouts Ensure each piece is clean, secure, and finished to White Poppy quality standards Maintain an organized and tidy workspace Follow detailed instructions to ensure accuracy and consistency About the Role This position can be repetitive and detail-focused , but for the right person it can be incredibly rewarding. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys quiet, focused work and takes pride in precision and craftsmanship. Schedule Evening seasonal position 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM Monday-Friday , with flexibility on which days you work Pay $12/hour during training $14/hour after training is completed Position Type Seasonal position Potential for long-term placement based on performance and company needs Ideal Candidate Extremely detail-oriented with a steady hand Able to work carefully and maintain cleanliness while handling delicate materials Comfortable with repetitive tasks Reliable and consistent Appreciates craftsmanship and takes pride in producing high-quality work At White Poppy Preservation, we preserve some of life's most meaningful flowers.
