What You'll Do:
Resolve issues with die or press machine as trained. Use lifting equipment as needed/instructed. Review and follow dispatch as it is scheduled to reflect priority Utilize White Work Instruction Book or other training materials as a first resource to answer questions. Push or pull larger items on pallets or carts. Regular use of measuring devices including but not limited to calipers, tape measures, etc. Candidates who work on vehicles, equipment, or machinery are ideal Looking for individuals who can think critically and solve problems independently
What You'll Bring:
High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in machine operating 2+ years of experience in Mechanical troubleshooting
What Sets You Apart:
Ability to read drawings. Use of hand tools as needed. ID & tag unsafe equipment Ability to take on other duties or assist in other departments as department needs change. Clean area to 5S standards Able to follow directions of supervisor or lead Able to safely use all tools once instructed on correct use Able to measure per the drawing Able to interpret drawings, routers & special notes once trained Possessing a basic understanding of math Open to constructive criticism Possessing a positive attitude in the face of challenges Manufacturing experience Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to identify and resolve operational issues
