Sultan, WA Salary:
$21•$23 per hour DOE Express Employment Professionals in Everett are seeking a skilled Rough Grinders for the weekend shift at a reputable company in Sultan, WA area. This is a direct hire opportunity offering full-time work with a steady schedule and an excellent benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
Use rotary or belt sanding tools to rough grind castings, remove burrs, and finish weld seams. Inspect products for voids in welds or casting. Utilize jigs or fixtures to check castings when appropriate. Place finished castings in boxes or on pallets. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 months of experience in a production or manufacturing role. Good hand-eye coordination. Ability to follow basic written instructions and simple diagrams. Strong written and oral communication skills. Basic computer skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Proficiency in using tools and equipment.
Weekend Shift:
Friday•Sunday 4:00 a.m.•5:00 p.m. (Work 36 hours, get paid for 40)
Day Shift:
Mon•Thur 5 a.m.•3:30 p.m.
Swing Shift:
Mon•Thur 2:30 p.m.•1 a.m
Pay Rate:
$21•$23 per hour

Additional Information:
