Positive Attitudes and Helpful Team Members Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment necessary to fabricate and form small parts using knowledge of machine adjustment and precision measurements.
- Utilize product blueprints and performance requirements to set, manufacture, and test product to ensure parameters are correct. Make adjustments as needed to ensure quality product.
- Verify part quality through testing using precision measuring equipment, product blue prints and performance requirement paperwork.
- Ensure accuracy of counts using weight scale.
- Assemble small parts using brazing, welding, and ultrasonic welding techniques.
- Set parts into a machine and operate the equipment
- Set up and operate cutting machine.
Requirements:
- Manual dexterity to handle and assemble small parts
- Ability to work in a fast paced production environment
- Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time

Full-time $1- 4 per hour added based on experience, particularly with brazing and more complex machine support.
