Hours:

Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm, 2:30pm-11pm We are seeking at least two reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Production Utility team members to support operations in a manufacturing environment. This role will focus on breakout and cleanup of parts produced by 3D printers, along with assisting in the CNC department with detailed finishing tasks. This is an auxiliary support role ideal for individuals who are dependable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting. Don't miss this opportunity in Hartland, WI.

Utility / Parts

Finishing Technician Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Remove and separate finished parts from 3D printer build trays (breakout of parts)
• Clean and finish printed components to meet quality standards
• Assist with detailed cleanup and support tasks in the CNC machining area
• Inspect parts for quality and completeness, ensuring attention to fine details
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Provide general production support as needed Utility /

Parts Finishing Technician Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred
• Experience working with small parts or detailed work is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed
