HAEGER OPERATOR

JOB PURPOSE

Sets up and operates Haeger machine to specifications by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Must perform all job functions with safety as the number one priority Set up Haeger by using set up sheets to reference tooling and parameters Uses templates to correctly identify holes to be staked Uses Haeger to install pems into part per customer specifications References blue prints to ensure parts are conforming Confirms and controls quality by visually inspecting every part Prepares parts for shipping by following packaging guidelines Works as a team in a cellular format Keep a neat and organized work area Clean and examine tooling for damage An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior blue print experience preferred Prior manufacturing experience preferred High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred Successful candidates will have good finger dexterity

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
