The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Stone fabrication, and have experience leading teams. This role is essential for producing high-quality components and assemblies that meet our specifications and standards, and guiding the team to success in all areas. Responsibilities Fabricate components from natural stone to quartz , and porcelain, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications. Read and interpret drawings to understand project requirements and dimensions. Utilize measuring instruments such as hand grinders and polishing tools to ensure accuracy in fabrication. Mixing and applying glues according to design specifications. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Leading team members to troubleshoot issues and help develop our team members Requirements Proven experience in stone fabrication techniques Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
