Job Summary Weld Shop in Queen Creek, AZ is looking for a skilled Metal Finisher with a MINIMUM of 4 years of hands-on experience blending and sanding stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals. About The Role We are a busy weld shop specializing in high-quality custom metal fabrication. We need a reliable, on time, detail-oriented finisher who can deliver clean, professional, and consistent surface finishes on a variety of projects. Responsibilities Blending and smoothing welds on stainless steel and aluminum Sanding, grinding, and polishing to achieve specified finishes (from mill to mirror) Shaping and blending complex metal forms and contours Working with a variety of power tools, abrasives, and finishing techniques Maintaining high quality standards and meeting production timeline Keeping a clean and safe work environment Skills Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a metal finisher Strong experience blending shapes and sanding/blending stainless steel (SS) and aluminum Proficient with grinders, orbital sanders, flap discs, and other finishing tools Ability to read and understand finish specifications Detail-oriented with a strong eye for quality and consistency Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Steady work and year-round projects Opportunity to work with high-quality materials and challenging custom jobs Supportive team environment If you're a skilled metal finisher who takes pride in producing excellent surface finishes, we want to hear from you!
