Precision Cabinets is seeking a Finisher I to join our team. This entry‑level role supports our finishing department with a focus on quality, consistency, and craftsmanship. Key Objectives Sand, prep, and finish cabinet components with attention to detail Follow standard processes to ensure consistent quality Inspect parts and report defects or inconsistencies Maintain clean and organized work areas Support team members and cross-train as needed Highly dependable with the ability to work Swing Shift schedule (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm) and overtime as needed, including occasional Saturdays Qualifications 0-2 years of manufacturing or finishing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Consistent ability to follow instructions and repeat processes Ability to repetitively lift 50+ pounds and team-lift/carry 100+ pounds Communicate clearly in English to perform job‑related tasks, including following safety instructions, reading work orders, documenting work, and collaborating with team members. This position involves the use of safety equipment, including respirators or protective masks. To ensure proper fit and compliance with safety standards, facial hair may need to be trimmed or maintained within required guidelines Benefits & Compensation The company intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay range of $21.50 - $25.00 per hour. Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience. Swing Shift includes a 10% Shift Differential .
