Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking an individual that has experience in high end wood finishing and coatings to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, staining, sanding and finshing high end cabinetry and millwork. If you have a passion for coating craftsmanship and possess expertise in the wood coating industry, this opportunity is for you.

Duties:

Perform prep work such as sanding, masking, and detailing Utilize power tools, hand tools Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the finishing process Assist with color matching and maintaining a control sample

Skills:

Strong knowledge related to wood coating techniques Experience in wood finishing or painting preferred Strong eye for detail and quality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment Willingness to learn and follow finishing processes If you are someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship, we invite you to apply.
