Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Grinder to join their team. As a Grinder, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

$25 What's the Job? Utilize large swing grinders and small hand grinders to condition parts for defect removal Examine and feel surfaces of workpieces for defects Remove defects and sharp edges to ensure quality standards Select appropriate abrasive belts, wheels, or disks based on specifications and metal condition Polish ground areas with finer abrasives to produce smooth, unmarred surfaces What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent and six to twelve months related experience and/or training Ability to operate grinding equipment safely and efficiently Knowledge of abrasives and metal surfaces Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workstation What's in it for me?
