In this role, you will be responsible for transforming 3D printed parts into high-quality finished products through sanding, polishing, painting, and other finishing techniques. This position plays a key role in ensuring that final parts meet cosmetic, dimensional, and quality standards before delivery or assembly. Responsibilities Post-process 3D printed parts, including support removal, cleaning, deburring, sanding, and surface preparation. Sand, polish, and finish parts using hand and power tools to achieve smooth, paint-ready surfaces. Apply primers, paints, and coatings using appropriate tools to meet quality and aesthetic standards. Mask and prep parts prior to coating or painting. Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and surface consistency; identify and correct defects. Perform touch-ups and rework to meet internal and customer standards. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked. Follow all safety procedures, including proper PPE and safe handling of finishing materials. Support the production team as needed. Skills/Qualifications Sanding and painting experience is a plus! High school diploma or GED required Must have valid driver's license Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs Attention to detail and accuracy are critical Self-motivated individual with a positive "can do" attitude Ability to multitask Strong communication skills Eligible to work in the
