Deburring Technician Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Detailer / Deburring Technician with 1-2 years of experience working with machined parts. The ideal candidate will have experience deburring, polishing, and detailing precision components made from aluminum, stainless steel, and plastic materials.

Responsibilities:

Deburr and detail machined parts to customer and quality specifications Polish and finish aluminum, stainless steel, and plastic components Use hand tools, air tools, grinders, files, and polishing equipment safely and effectively Inspect parts for sharp edges, surface defects, and cosmetic quality Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and drawings Maintain a clean and organized work area Work closely with machinists and quality control to ensure finished part quality

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in deburring, detailing, or polishing machined parts Experience working with aluminum, stainless steel, and plastic materials Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to use measuring tools and hand finishing equipment Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing environments Familiarity with surface finish requirements and cosmetic standards
