Position:

Deburrer Shift:

5:00 am to 1:30 pm plus daily overtime, Monday-Friday including

Saturday's Pay:

$18.00-$20.00 p/h Position Overview The Deburrer (machine shop) will work with plans, lays out, blueprints to fabricate, assemble, install, and repairs sheet metal parts and/or equipment. Reads and interprets blueprints, sketches, or product specifications Performs all deburring operations Strip remaining maskant and silstic from finished chem. Mill parts Removes burrs and sharp edges by use of various hand tools and materials such as files and edge breakers. Smooths edges and removes build ups with air or electric equipment using abrasive disk and sleeves. Operates burring equipment using countersink, grinding wheels, burring rolls, bench grinders, drill presses Use ultrasonic gauges and micrometers calipers, scales to work to close tolerances +/-.00

Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of related work experience Must be able to read, interpret instructions, such as blue prints and shop drawings Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
