  • Temporary, Part-time, Full-time, Apprenticeship, Contract Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our concrete coatings and polishing team.
Multiple positions available. Experience in coatings and polishing is preferred but not required. Pay based on experience. In this role, you will be responsible for applying protective coatings, polishing surfaces, and ensuring high-quality finishes. Your expertise will help transform spaces, enhance durability, and deliver exceptional results that meet safety standards and client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial renovations to restoration jobs, contributing to the aesthetic and functional excellence of each site. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing to ensure optimal coating adhesion and finish quality Assist in installing urethane cement, epoxy, epoxy cove, and polished concrete floors Apply coatings using brushes, rollers, spray equipment, or other manual tools with precision and efficiency Polish surfaces to achieve smooth, glossy finishes that meet project specifications Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately execute coating and polishing plans Follow all safety protocols related to building installation safety compliance and handling hazardous materials Use hand tools and power tools effectively for surface preparation, installation, and finishing tasks Perform floor care tasks such as buffing, sealing, and maintaining flooring surfaces for long-lasting results Requirements Strong work ethic Willing to grow with the company Punctual and professional conduct Must have transportation Must be 18+ Familiarity with hand and power tools Must be able to speak english
