In this role, you will be responsible for performing final finishing work of all stone products using water-fed tools. This role ensures all products meet quality standards through polishing, seam blending, chip repair, and profile touch-ups. You'll work with materials such as granite, marble, quartz, and other natural stones to produce exceptional finished pieces. Responsibilities Perform finish work on stone products, including polishing surfaces to the required finish Creating and polishing custom edge profiles Use water-fed hand tools and polishing equipment safely and effectively Ability to install stone at work sites Conduct quality checks on finished products for accuracy, surface finish, and overall craftsmanship Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings with accuracy Assisting team members in moving and placing large slabs safely within the shop Performing precision chip repairs using epoxy and color techniques Shaping corners, polishing seams, and executing clean miters Requirements This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. Regular and Reliable Job Attendance Ability to safely lift and move 100+ lbs. (stone slabs weigh 16-22 lbs./sq. ft) Must be able to stand, kneel, crouch, and lift throughout the shift Ability to read tape measures and shop drawings Ability to operate shop machinery Basic reading, writing, and math skills Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to quality work Prior experience in stone/quartz fabrication and installation is a
