Job Description
Jackson Stoneworks is seeking an experienced Countertop Fabricator to join our production team. This position focuses exclusively on the fabrication of natural and engineered stone countertops. The ideal candidate takes pride in precision craftsmanship, works safely, and produces high-quality finished stone products. Responsibilities Cut, shape, edge, and polish stone using hand tools Maneuver heavy pieces of stone by hand or by using a vacuum lift Inspect stone for defects and ensure finished pieces meet quality standards Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized fabrication area Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Work with shop staff to meet production deadlines Qualifications Prior fabrication and heavy machinery experience preferred Ability to read and interpret shop drawings accurately and efficiently Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials (with proper equipment) Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Must have a valid driver's license Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid holidays Long-term, stable employment with room for advancement
