Metal Maintenance

Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic, goal driven and physically skilled individuals to perform Metal Maintenance and join our team. We reside in lakeland but travel to Tampa, Gainesville, Tallahassee, Jaxsonville, Clearwater frequently. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing metal equipment like elevator cabs, fronts, thresholds and occasionally handrails. No expertise is required, it is just physically demanding. Training will be paid. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a hands on job in a relatively fast paced environment with a small team that will feel like family. Responsibilities Perform refinishing and troubleshooting on metal, like scrubbing, washing with chemicals and masking off areas. Conduct repairs on scratches inside of elevators. Perform maintenance on the metal like waxing, wiping down. Requirements Must be 18 or older Must be able to lift 50lbs Walking, standing, up and down motions for long periods of time
