Lutz, FL Greco Aluminum Railings leads the field in design, engineering and fabricating the best aluminum railing systems and engineered architectural products throughout North America. Greco is a dynamic, innovative, progressive company, and is part of the Engineered Building Solutions division of CSW Industrials, Inc. Position Summary The Finisher is required to grind welds and product precoating finishes to aluminum, stainless, and steel railings and other similar products. This role is responsible for efficient operation, according to established procedures, and following all safety protocols and workplace policies. Responsibilities Perform grinding on aluminum, stainless, and steel products that align with company quality standards Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean Complete all assigned quality checks Meet daily and weekly production goals Participate in training and cross training, improvement initiatives including health and safety and quality improvement Adhere to all workplace safety policies, compliance, and regulations Other duties as assigned Knowledge & Skills Ability to safely operate a dual action or DA Sander Ability to safely operate a handheld grinder Ability to utilize all required PPE Attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team as needed Ability to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing Ability to safely lift up to 50lbs. $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
