Responsibilities:
Works as part of a team to meet production goals. Laminate structural fiberglass Helps maintain a safe and clean work environment. Apply compounds and chemicals to surfaces. Shaping and fiberglass lamination work. Grinds, sands, cleans, and polishes to correct defects and prepare surfaces for cleaning.
Requirements:
Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment Minimum 1-2 years in lamination and finishing marine fiberglass Knowledge of exterior fiberglass boat finishing Must be able to sit, stand, squat, and walk for extended periods of time. Knowledge of hand, and hand-held power tools Must be willing to learn and be coached •
