Finisher vacancy in Atlanta USA

Finisher (Malayalee) A well-established construction company in Atlanta is seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for applying finishing touches to completed construction projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and client specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month and does not include accommodation.

Responsibilities:

• Apply finishing materials such as paint, varnish, or stain to surfaces of completed construction projects
• Prep surfaces by sanding, filling holes, and ensuring smoothness
• Follow blueprints and client specifications to ensure accurate finishing
• Use appropriate tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently
• Inspect finished work for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or adjustments
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate with project managers and other team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in English (Malayalam proficiency preferred)
• Previous experience as a Finisher or similar role in the construction industry is preferred
• Knowledge of different finishing techniques and materials
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Biometric passport preferred
