Full-time Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Crate Builders to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in wood assebmly—including nail gun compressors and hand sanding tools—to accurately cut and finish lumber to specified dimensions. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. All positions are Temp to Hire.
Shift:
Monday-Thursday 4:30PM-2:30

Open House Hours:
9AM-3
PM Key Responsibilities:
Measure and inspect finished materials to ensure they meet quality standards. Use nail gun and compressor to assemble wooden crates Perform routine equipment maintenance and report any malfunctions or safety concerns. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines at all times. Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals. Follow all company safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
Qualifications:
Prior experience operating nail gun compressor and hand sanding tools is required. Ability to read measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.) with precision. Strong understanding of safety practices in a manufacturing or lumber environment. Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must Pass Background Check and Drug Test Work Environment:
Manufacturing/warehouse setting with exposure to wood dust, machinery, and varying temperatures. Personal protective equipment (PPE) provided and required.

$19.00 - $19.10 per hour
