This role requires attention to detail, consistent work habits, and the ability to follow verbal and written requests accurately. Candidates must have prior metal fabrication experience and the ability to work safely and efficiently while standing for extended periods. Grind, sand, and polish metal parts to meet quality and dimensional requirements #IND123

Responsibilities:

Operate hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment safely Inspect parts for defects, inconsistencies, or surface imperfections Follow production instructions, work orders, and supervisor requests Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet daily production goals while maintaining high quality standards Work collaboratively with fabrication, welding, and production teams Adhere to all safety procedures and PPE requirements Working hours: 6:00 AM - 5:00

PM Skills:

Preferred Skills Experience in steel fabrication or custom metal parts ... Familiarity with blueprint reading or basic measurement tools Knowledge of surface finishing standards

Education:

No Degree Required Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:
