Stone Fabricator/Polisher

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stone Fabricator/Polisher to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw stone materials into finished, polished products ready for installation. Your expertise will ensure high-quality craftsmanship, precision, and safety throughout the fabrication and polishing process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with heavy machinery, hand tools, and a variety of materials in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence in stonework. Duties Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and other machinery safely to transport stone slabs and finished products within the facility Use hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to cut, shape, and refine stone materials according to specifications Fabricate custom stone pieces by measuring, templating, and assembling components with precision Polish stone surfaces to achieve desired finishes using polishing machines and hand techniques Handle materials efficiently while adhering to safety protocols for materials handling and heavy equipment operation Perform quality inspections throughout the fabrication process to ensure consistency and craftsmanship standards are met Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including warehouse areas, fabrication stations, and storage zones Experience Prior experience in fabrication or manufacturing environments involving stone or similar materials is highly preferred Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, welding, machining, and millwork techniques Knowledge of construction or heavy equipment operation enhances efficiency and safety on the job site Familiarity with warehouse operations, materials handling, and assembly processes is advantageous Mechanical knowledge related to machinery maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus Previous experience working with forklift or other heavy equipment is desirable Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to follow technical drawings and specifications Join our team if you're passionate about craftsmanship, eager to develop your skills in fabrication and polishing, and ready to contribute to high-quality stone projects!
