Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced metal fabricator with strong expertise in stainless steel, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals. This individual will also assist in our ferrous metal shop as needed to support production demands. Due to significant growth and a strong project pipeline, we are expanding our team to meet production timelines and maintain our commitment to quality and turnaround. Responsibilities Fabricate stainless steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous components Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings Perform cutting, fitting, welding, grinding, and finishing Maintain quality standards and meet production deadlines Assist in ferrous metal fabrication projects as required Collaborate with shop supervisors and team members to improve workflow Requirements Qualifications 3+ years' experience in metal fabrication Strong experience with stainless steel and aluminum MIG/TIG welding experience (TIG preferred for stainless/aluminum) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced shop environment What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady workload (6-8 months backlog) Overtime opportunities Long-term career growth Supportive team environment
