Product Detailer / Packager

Overview 3030 Autosport3030 Autosport manufactures high-end forged aluminum performance wheels for the Drag Racing, Muscle Car, Truck, and Sportscar markets. Our wheels are known for their precision engineering and superior finish quality. We are looking for a dedicated Detailer / Packager to join our team and help maintain the exceptional standards our customers expect. Position Summary As a Detailer / Packager, you will play a critical role in the final stage of our manufacturing process. You will inspect, finish, detail, and package our forged wheels to ensure every product that leaves our facility meets our high-quality standards. This is a hands-on position that requires strong attention to detail, mechanical finesse, and pride in producing flawless results. Duties Inspect finished wheels for any flaws, blemishes, or defects and perform necessary corrections to achieve a superior, show-quality finish. Verify that each wheel matches the manufacturing order specifications. Perform detailed finishing work including buffing, polishing, and finesse work using buffing tools when necessary. Package and box wheels carefully for safe shipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Stack incoming box inventory on shelves. Assist in the powder coat room as needed. Help keep the break area and general shop areas clean. Provide general shop assistance wherever required. Experience 2 years of professional automotive detailing experience (buffing out paint scratches, compounding, polishing, etc.). Experience with buffing equipment, die grinders, and general finesse/detailing work - required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining high standards. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team environment. $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
