We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Grinder to join our shop team. Training:

Comprehensive on-the-job training provided for the right candidate. ​

Schedule:

Full-time. ​Key Responsibilities ​Operate grinding machinery to finish parts according to specific requirements. ​Inspect finished workpieces to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances. ​Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and workspace. ​Follow all safety protocols and shop guidelines to maintain a productive environment. ​Collaborate with the shop supervisor and team to meet production deadlines. ​Qualifications ​

Experience:

Prior experience in a grind shop or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required. ​

Skills:

Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. ​

Aptitude:

Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is a plus. ​

Attitude:

A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to learn new skills. ​

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift shop materials as needed.

Pay:

$14.00 - $18.00 per hour
