Max Aerostructures is seeking a highly skilled Deburr to join our growing team in Wichita. Applicants must demonstrate they have the ambition, strong work ethic, knowledge, and technical aptitude to perform a variety of deburr functions according to detailed specifications and meet strict quality requirements.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Minimum of three years of experience in aircraft/aerospace deburring; four to five preferred. Ability to blend/smooth areas of parts with the use of various tools (air grinder, belt sander, file, etc.) Experience deburring metals including steel, aluminum, and titanium to remove excess material from parts without causing damage to part Comply with all safety and health regulations Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required Must have strong work ethic, drive to achieve high levels of performance and can demonstrate a detail-oriented nature and on-time attendance dependability.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as well as stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat and walk on a regular basis. Must have excellent hand-eye coordination. Must wear gloves, eyes & ear protection and adhere to safety procedures at all times. Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
