• Prepare cabinet surfaces for finishing by sanding, cleaning, and masking as needed.
• Mix and match stains, paints, and finishes to meet customer specifications.
• Apply coats of stain, paint, lacquer, or varnish using spray guns (HVLP, airless) and other finishing tools.
• Ensure even, consistent coverage and smooth finish on all cabinet parts.
• Inspect finished cabinets for quality, color accuracy, and durability.
• Perform touch-ups and minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain and clean spray equipment, booths, and work areas.
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of respirators and PPE.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet project specifications and deadlines.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience in spraying, staining, or woodworking preferred
• Proficiency with spray guns and finishing equipment (HVLP, airless, conventional)
• Ability to mix and match stains, paints, and finishes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and finish schedules
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Knowledge of safety practices and proper handling of finishing materials
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
