Job Description

Fulcrum Acoustic, manufacturer of professional loudspeaker systems, has openings on our manufacturing team. These are direct hire, permanent positions with opportunities for growth! We are looking for motivated, dedicated individuals in the following areas: Woodworking•Finisher•2nd Shift Prepares wooden loudspeaker enclosures for painting and removes/fills surface defects and applies round-overs to corners/edges.
Position Duties:
Prepares work by studying work instructions, drawings and parts lists; gathers parts, subassemblies, tools and materials. Mixes putties, bondo, and other materials as per instructions. Uses pneumatic sanders to create smooth, finished surfaces. Uses hand routers to apply round-overs. Uses fixtures, templates etc. to assist as needed. Fills and smooth cracks, depressions, staple/brad holes. Remove/fill other marks and surface imperfections.
Position Requirements:
Experience with woodworking/wood finishing. Experienced with hand tools, electrical tools and pneumatic tools. Good communication skills. Able to convey instructions to others.
