Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Polish Operator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in achieving the desired surface finish of various parts through hands-on polishing operations. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

Shifts & Pay Rates:

1st

Shift:

Monday

• Friday, 6:00am
• 2:00pm | $21.

00/hr 2nd

Shift:

Monday

• Friday, 2:00pm
• 10:00pm | $23.

10/hr 3rd

Shift:

Sunday

• Thursday, 10:00pm
• 6:00am | $24.

15/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Polish parts using hand tools or polishing equipment to meet surface finish specifications. Perform visual inspections to ensure quality and consistency. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Uphold strict quality standards throughout the polishing process.

Qualifications:

High attention to detail and quality. Ability to use hand tools and polishing equipment safely and efficiently. Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
