This role involves preparing, treating, and finishing metal components to meet quality standards and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform various metal finishing techniques such as sanding, polishing, grinding, and buffing. Inspect metal parts for surface defects and ensure quality standards. Operate finishing equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations. Document work performed and report any issues to supervisors. Collaborate with production team members to meet deadlines and production goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in metal finishing, surface treatment, or related field is advantageous. Ability to use hand tools and finishing machinery proficiently. Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to follow safety guidelines and work effectively in a team environment. Requirements Drug screen and background check required.
