Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Metal Polisher/Buffer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for refining and finishing metal components to achieve the highest standards of quality and precision. Your expertise will ensure that all metal parts are polished, buffed, and prepared for assembly or final use, contributing to the overall excellence of our products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery and tools in a dynamic manufacturing environment, where your craftsmanship makes a tangible difference. Responsibilities Operate polishing and buffing machines to smooth and enhance metal surfaces, ensuring consistent quality across all parts Use hand tools and power tools such as grinders, abrasives, and polishing compounds to achieve desired finishes Must know how to use a ruler Maintain daily cleanliness of work area and equipment, adhering to safety protocols at all times Collaborate with machining, fabrication, and assembly teams to ensure seamless workflow and product quality Assist with materials handling and packaging for shipment or further processing Requirements Basic math skills for measurements, ability to read and use a ruler, and quality control calculations Strong attention to detail with a focus on precision finishing in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for 8 hours a day Ability to follow all safety regulations Comfortable working in and around metal dust and machinery Join our team as a Metal Polisher/Buffer where your craftsmanship will elevate our products' quality!
