1st shift — Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM or 7:00 AM-3:30

PM Pay:

$25•30 per hour A day in the shop You clock in, gear up, and take on a mix of aluminum and steel components. While you'll weld when the job calls for it, most of your day is about turning rough parts into refined, production-ready pieces—sandblasting, grinding, polishing, and deburring until everything meets exacting specs. You'll switch between fabricating frames, finishing molds, and running shop equipment with confidence and care. What you'll handle Perform sandblasting, shot blasting, grinding, polishing, and deburring of metal parts Fabricate steel frames and aluminum molds with accuracy Execute MIG welding on steel and TIG welding on aluminum as needed Operate a range of tools and equipment: drill press, band saws, plasma torch, oxy-acetylene torch, hoists/bridge cranes, and pneumatic hand tools What you bring 5+ years of aluminum welding experience preferred Hands-on experience with grinding, polishing, and sandblasting History of leading or performing at a high level in similar roles Flexibility to work overtime when required Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to precision Tools & technologies MIG Welder TIG Welder If you thrive on craftsmanship and consistency, this role lets you own the finish and the fit—start to finish.
