Job Description

1st Shift Finisher -
Manufacturing Experience Required Schedule:
1st Shift | Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (10-hour days) This role is essential to the quality of precision machined parts used in the aerospace industry . Previous manufacturing experience is required. Candidates without manufacturing experience will not be considered. Position Overview As a Finisher, you will perform detailed visual inspections of small machined parts to identify burrs, defects, and foreign object debris (FOD). You will use proper tools and procedures to correct defects while maintaining strict quality and production standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform detailed visual inspections of small, precision machined parts Identify and correct burrs, defects, and foreign object debris Use hand tools and finishing equipment according to established procedures Maintain high quality and productivity standards required for aerospace manufacturing Work independently while meeting daily production schedules Required Qualifications (Must Have) Previous manufacturing experience is required Experience working with machined or precision parts High attention to detail with the ability to identify small defects Capable of sitting at a workstation for extended periods of time Able to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred (Not Required) Deburring or finishing experience Aerospace manufacturing experience Why Join Us Monday-Thursday schedule with 3-day weekends, unless overtime is required Consistent 1st shift hours Stable manufacturing environment with long-term opportunities
