Job Description
We're Hiring:
Wood Finishers Who See What AI Never Will Some work can be automated. Finishing high‑end, custom‑made cabinetry isn't one of them. We're a small, high‑standards finishing shop looking for someone who wants to master — or already knows — the art of stain matching, spraying, sanding, and bringing cabinetry to life. In our shop, finishing is a craft built on human eyes, human hands, and human instinct. It's the subtle read of grain direction, the feel of a surface that's "almost there," the ability to mix and match stain by hand and know exactly when it needs one more drop of raw umber. That's why finishing is still a human craft — and why we're looking for people who take pride in doing it well. We want someone who's eager to grow, willing to learn, and ready to take ownership of a skill set that's becoming rare. If you like working with your hands, take pride in craftsmanship, and appreciate the quiet satisfaction of doing something well, you'll fit right in here. Pay:
$25.00- $28.

Will you be able to be around strong chemicals throughout the day? The above stated pay range is subject to experience and skill set.Work schedule:
Monday- Thursday, 6:00 am
- 3:30 pm. Friday (subject to change based on workload) 6:00 am
- 11:00 am.
