  • Are you passionate about transforming the surface of metal products to a fabulous finish? Do you have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Powder Coater to join our team. This role requires a meticulous individual who can apply powder coatings to a variety of products, ensuring both quality and durability.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces of various materials for powder coating through cleaning, masking, and blasting.
Apply powder coatings using spray guns to achieve uniform and consistent finishes in accordance with industry standards and specifications. Set up and operate powder coating equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality. Conduct regular maintenance of coating equipment and booths to ensure optimal performance. Inspect coated items for defects such as blemishes, flaking, or irregular coverage, and implement corrective measures where necessary. Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet production schedules and quality targets. Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to health and safety standards and regulations. Keep accurate records of coatings used, batches processed, and any quality control issues.
  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in surface finishing is a plus.
Proven experience as a Powder Coater or in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of powder coating processes, techniques, and equipment. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
