Job Description
Cabinet Finisher We are a growing custom cabinetry company looking for a skilled Cabinet Finisher who takes pride in producing high-quality work. The right candidate understands that the finish is what customers see first and is committed to delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities Prepare cabinets and components for finishing Sand, fill, and inspect surfaces before finishing Apply stains, paints, sealers, lacquers, and topcoats Mix and match colors to meet customer specifications Operate spray equipment and maintain a clean finish area Perform quality control inspections before products leave the shop Maintain finishing equipment and keep work areas organized Work with the production team to meet deadlines while maintaining quality Be a team player Qualifications Experience in cabinet finishing, woodworking, automotive paint, or related finishing work Knowledge of stains, paints, lacquers, conversion varnishes, and finishing techniques Ability to identify and correct finish defects Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady, year-round work Clean and professional work environment Opportunity for advancement Work with a team that values craftsmanship and quality If you take pride in producing beautiful finished products and want to be part of a company that is growing and values skilled craftsmen, we'd like to talk with you.
