We are growing and hiring a detail-oriented Metal Fabrication & Finishing Technician to join our team for a large multi-phase project. Responsibilities Cut, sand, and prepare brass tubing Operate shop equipment including belt sanders and tapping tools Perform surface finishing and polishing on brass components by hand Drill, deburr, clean, and organize parts Maintain consistent quality and finish standards Maintain a clean and organized shop environment Label, sort, and organize components Assist with packaging and workflow efficiency Follow precise measurements and production processes Qualifications Experience in metal fabrication, polishing, or finishing (brass preferred) Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to work with sanding and grinding tools Responsible, reliable, and takes pride in quality work Willingness to learn specialized brass finishing methods Ability to lift and handle brass tubes safely Nice to Have Machining experience (not required) Previous experience with metal furniture or architectural metalwork Woodworking experience Industrial design background Why Work With Us Small studio environment Hands-on training in high-end brass finishing Work on a large and impactful commercial project Potential for long-term employment How to
