2nd shift: $28.48 3rd shift: $28.73 $1,000 bonus after completion of 90 days of employment (subject to taxes), applicable to new hires only. First pay increase after 6 months. POSITION SUMMARY
Highly skilled in the application of paint by all methods, automatic or otherwise. Thoroughly familiar with the mixing of thinning of enamels, paints and other organic finishes to proper consistency for application by any process. Familiar with the results of using baking enamels, lacquers, etc., on various surfaces such as steel, wood, hardboard, etc., to obtain a high grade and decorative finish. Capable of solving any finishing problem and doing a quick and accurate job of color matching in their respective departments. Responsible for maintaining a proper inventory of paints and thinners for proper thinning of the paints and enamels. Must be physically capable of doing quality painting at full line speed. Requires little supervision.
