Wood Finisher / Lead and Assistant

High end architectural millwork manufacturer seeking lead and assistant finishers. We are a Union Fabrication Shop with holiday, pension and health benefits for over 37 years. ```Duties```

• Perform finishing tasks on millwork projects, ensuring high-quality results
• Apply finishes, such as paint, stain, or varnish, to surfaces
• Repair and touch up surfaces as needed
• Mix ingredients to obtain specified color or shade to specifications, match samples
• Prepare surfaces for finishing.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure project completion ```Experience```
• Proven experience in millwork finishing or a related field
• Must have experience with stains, paints, lacquer, spray applications, color matching, mixing and touch up.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Professional and reliable.
