COPY LINK link Adecco is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Powder Coater to join a growing manufacturing team in Fairport, NY. This position is responsible for ing high-quality powder coat finishes to metalponents while maintaining production standards, safety requirements, and quality expectations. Candidates should have at least 1 year previous experience. Responsibilities Prepare metal parts for coating by cleaning, masking, and staging materials. powder coatings using electrostatic spray equipment. Ensure proper coating thickness, coverage, and finish quality according to specifications. Inspect finished products for defects, consistency, and overall appearance. Operate and monitor curing ovens to ensure proper temperature and curing cycles. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of powder coating equipment and work areas. Follow allpany safety procedures, quality standards, and production requirements. Assist with material handling and other manufacturing duties as needed. Qualifications Previous powder coating, industrial painting, or finishing experience preferred. Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or production experience. Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications. Strong attention to detail andmitment to quality. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Pay Details:
