Job Description

Surface Preparation:
Clean, sweep, and scrape floors. Use hand grinders and large walk-behind machinery to remove existing coatings, paint, or adhesives.
Floor Repair:
Fill joints, cracks, and pits using epoxy, polyurea joint fillers, or cementitious patching compounds to create a seamless canvas.
Grinding & Polishing:
Execute a multi-stage grinding process, progressing from coarse metal-bond diamonds to fine resin-bond diamonds until the desired aggregate exposure and reflectivity are met.
Equipment Maintenance:
Clean, inspect, and maintain polishing equipment, vacuum systems, and electrical connections daily to ensure optimal operation.
