Temp Beyond TalentEdge is partnering with a growing HVAC manufacturing company to hire a Powder Coater. This position is responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing metal parts according to quality and production standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and willing to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment.

Work Schedule:

Monday- Thursay 6am-3:30pm Friday 6am- 11am, half day Responsibilities Prepare metal surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting parts Apply powder coating evenly using spray equipment and coating systems Operate ovens and curing equipment according to specifications Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Maintain coating equipment and keep work areas clean and organized Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed Work closely with team members to meet production deadlines Qualifications Previous manufacturing or powder coating experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Forklift experience is a plus Skills Mechanical aptitude Teamwork and communication Time management Problem-solving Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures

Salary:
